I am a licensed massage therapist located in medford oregon!

My approach to bodywork combines deep tissue massage with a variety of therapeutic styles to support the whole person—not just isolated areas of tension. My work is rooted in careful listening, skilled touch, and an understanding that the body functions as an interconnected system.

While deep tissue is a core part of my practice, I blend it with techniques from other modalities such as myofascial work, trigger point therapy, and slower, integrative styles. This allows each session to be fully customized, adapting to your body’s needs on any given day.

I approach massage with both knowledge and intuition, using intuition as a way to stay present and responsive to tissue changes and nervous system cues.

My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and heard, whether you’re seeking relief from chronic tension, recovering from physical stress, or simply wanting to reconnect with your body. Every session is an opportunity to support balance, mobility, and overall well-being.
